Your doctor can help: See your primary care doctor. As long as you do not have severe cystic acne which generally needs a special medicine that dermatologists prescribe, he/she can write you prescriptions that will help. These generally include a retinoid, benzoyl peroxide, and sometimes either topical or oral antibiotics for a short period of time. Your acne may get worse for a short while but will then improve.

Manage it: You're old enough to get with your personal physician, and you'll need to do this. Use topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated up to 10% 2x/day, be aware that home remedies for acne are fakes, and if antibiotics don't clear you, consider isotretinoin. The latter's not for the faint-hearted -- but you're a rugby player. We can clear you. Best wishes.
