Osteoporosis: Thin bones on the MRI suggests you have osteoporosis where the bones are thinner and more brittle. That means your risk for bone fractures may be higher you should see your doctor to get more definitive assessment of thee severity and what options you have to manage this.

Steroids?: Are you on corticosteroids for any reason? Steroids can lead to osteoporosis. Have you been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis by DXA scan?
