4yr old with molluscum on abdomen for 6 months. do not want to do freeze or anything that will hurt him. would liquid wart remover work?

Worth a try if a few: It might work, but will likely need repeat applications, day after day, to each lesion, which will then need to be covered--may be kind of tedious if he has lots of them. I agree liquid nitrogen might sting too much for a four year old.

Wart magic: Molluscum warts like all warts caused by viruses. They are difficult to control. You can try a liquid wart remover. Another trick is to cover the wart with a square of duct tape and secure the duct tape on the skin with any tape designed for the skin as duct tape does not stick well to skin. Cover it for about and week or until irritation is noted. Hope this helps.
