Exercise in: General is always good for your health. As to healing the fissure, no relation. How ever, if you don't drink additional fluid at the rate of 20 oz per hour of exercise, you can get constipated and this will make your fissure worse. Proper diet and fluids has the most impact on healing fissures.

Walking definitely: Anal fissures are caused from passing large, hard stools. Poor diet (lack of adequate fiber and water intake) as well as inactivity can lead to constipation. Constipation leads to large hard stools. Moderate exercise, especially walking can help to regulate the stools and actually improve problems with anal fissures. Exercises that cause straining could potentially aggravate the fissure.
