Parotid nodule: Several possibilities exist. A painless nodule could represent a lymph node or a parotid tumor. The majority of tumors are benign but this needs to be addressed by an otolaryngologist. Although other possibilities are possible these two represent the majority of possibilities. An otolaryngologist can better help sort it out. Likely not emergent but i would have it looked at.
