Unwise but: Although it is unwise to take a higher dose of prescribed medications, i presume the peak drug levels in your blood have passed by now. Thus no permanent damage is expected. Be sure to resume taking the next doses of medications on the scheduled day. This means that if you had taken the extra dose 12 hrs after the last dose, you should wait 36 hours before taking the next dose.
