See details: Positive ssb antibodies by themselves (when the ssa antibody is negative) have little clinical significance. They can be falsely positive. If the ANA and other tests for lupus are negative, i would disregard the ssb results.

Ive been sick on/off for yrs. Dr is narrowing it to Behcets but is unsure if it caused my TIA. (Might be lupus)I have 3 clotting mutations & dropping IgM and IgA. I dont know if it was a perfect storm or coincidence- seeing neuro/Rheum/Imm next. ?
