How effective is plan b one step if taken within 55 hours of intercourse? how effective are condoms alone?

50%: For plan b, around 50% 55 hours after unprotected sex. Condoms alone if used over course of 1 year will have a 25% pregnancy rate. Sounds like a more reliable form of birth control is a good idea? Or have Plan B on hand in case happens again and take immediately. See a doctor or clinic for options and prescriptions.
