Best allergy med: Hello, all the medications you mentioned are otc antihistamines. Each one works in allergy and some people prefer one over the other.The Allegra (fexofenadine) d that you referred to has an added decongestant that may be helpful. Review these medications with your doctor or pharmacist to see which is best for you.
