A member asked:

I m 7 weeks pregnant. i have a fasting blood sugar of 107. my doc has prescribed duphalac syrup to avoid constipation. is it ok to continue with it.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The anti-constipation medication (dulcolax, right?) shouldn't interfere with your blood sugar medication, if that's what you're worried about. In addition this medication is safe, generally, in pregnancy.
