Well, there: Is a good chance its not your tube but i see your concern with your hx of an ectopic pregnancy. It is likely pain radaiting to the tube and ovary from menstrual cramping, a bladder problem or something else but check a pregnancy test if concerned. Good luck.

Possible causes: If this is the very first time, then it may be nothing related to gyn. If not then it could be endometriosis on the right tube or ovary. There could be a small cyst on the right ovary. I wouldn't panic, but would wait to see if my period comes on time.
