Abnormal bleeding: May be due to a variety of things, infection, irregular ovulation, uterine fibroids or polyps just to name a few. Its likely not a concern but if having unprotected intercourse and having pain you may consider getting tested for a cervical infection. The birth control pill, if its a recurrent issue, will provide relief.
