Who ever invites a: A relative to stay, or accedes to a request to stay, gets to make the rules: rent?, share expense?, clean-up?, and issues of guests, and the prospect of sleep-overs need to be addressed before the move in, or before the behavior. The term of the stay and the consequences of violating the rules are up for discussion as well. Don't be a chump.
