Trigger finger: While cts is rarely an emergency usually does require some form of treatment. If you develop numbness, the longer you wait the less recovery you will have. Most people were able to do just fine wearing splints at night occasionally it needs to be injected and finally surgery. Trigger thumb require surgery.

Depends up on your -: Symptoms and how bad are they. You need to get yourself checked up by an orthopedist who can determine how bad or severe your problem is and take it from there. Where nerves are concerned, i personally will treat earlier than late, as you don't want to wait till your nerve gets damaged beyond being recoverable, as then even surgery might not give you a full relief of your symptoms. So see him soon.
