Need an evaluation: You might have an ovulation disorder, like pcos. See your gyn for eval, which might include labs, ultrasound, and diagnostic surgery, in addition to a thorough physical exam.

DUB: There are many causes of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Problems such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, perimenopausal bleeding patterns or anovulation (among other things) can cause these issues. A work up by your doctor is recommended.
