Yep!: As long as you can tolerate the increased strength, go up! the Retin-A 0.4% for 3 months has done the job that it's going to do. If you want additional benefit, then it's time to make a change. Continue with the clinda and Renova (tretinoin) - only change one thing at a time so you know what's different. Also, don't forget about twice weekly microdermabrasion cleanser and daily moisturizer!
