Acid reflux: Your symptoms are suggestive of acid reflux, start by taking an over the counter antacid such as pepcid, zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec and if no change see your doctor.

See gastroenterology: Have your physician refer you to a gastroenterologist. There are several things in your esophagus that can cause your symptoms. An eval is needed, because your esophagus is just the "north-end" of your GI tract. Your other symptoms (constipation, gut discomfort) may be related.
