Air and sperm: Sperm can live for a while. Hitting the air does not kill them. If the semen dries out and the contents dessicate, it is different. But, sperm from a condom can be viable for some time to cause pregnancy.

Conniving girl: Yes it is possible that she could retrieve the soupy sperm within a condom that are still capable of getting her pregnant. Inserting that mix into her vagina could do it. If she really is pregnant you can push for an early paternity test. They can draw blood from a woman at 8-10 wks into pregnancy and isolate circulating baby cells. These can be tested for paternity and clarify your status.
