A member asked:

Is kale okay for people with fructose malabsorption?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes...: If fructose is present in kale it will be miniscule amounts and will not exacerbate any symptoms of fructose intolerance. The benefits far outweight the risks. Good luck!
