Difficult to say: Because your cycles are irregular it's difficult to say when you might be pregnant. If your episode of unprotected sex was 9/27, then if no period in 3 weeks, take a test. You can always use some on-line apps to help measure basal body temp and cervical mucous if you want to see when you might be ovulating, and thus fertile.
