Headaches: I assume the pressure and throbbing are in your head? Allergies can cause that, you need a nasal spray to alleviate your congestion. Not sure allergies can trigger your lower back pain, it is a different issue.

For 2 weeks Ive been getting a come & go pain on the top/back right side of my head. Not a constant headache. Im on allergy meds/flonase. I also get on & off sinus pressure. I have A LOT of anxiety. Based on that,what could the come and go pain be?
Is equate just as good as Zyrtec (cetirizine) I know both anihistames both 10mg but equate lot cheaper and don't mind taking for maintenance during allergy season ?
