See hepatologist: Arterial enhancement means that the area is dependent of arterial blood, usually meaning some type of inflammation or malignancy. Retraction means that the capsule of the liver is indented, concerning for scarring or cancer. With a definable mass, this would be concerning and necessitate a liver biopsy or repeat scan in a few months. See a liver specialist.
