Nasal bump: Hello, it would be a helpful to stop trying to "pop" your nasal lesion. If it is or was a pustule, your manipulation will cause a cellulitis to develop around the lesion thus preventing it from resolving. See your doctor because it may need to be treated with an antibiotic.
