For nearly 20 yrs i've had sensitive spot on my arm. sharp pain w/ slightest touch. worse the past 5-6 yrs with sharp spontaneous pains. nothing visible(x-rayed even). what could it be & what to do?

Nerve injury?: Depending upon where on the arm this sensitivity is it could be due to a nerve injury in your arm or a nerve injury in your neck. Consult with a physiatrist (physical medicine ; rehabilitation) for an exam and a diagnostic work-up.
