No: The cervical mucous consistency is determined by the hormones that are dominant in your body at given time in cycle. Your mucous is thinnest during ovulation and thicker at other times in cycle. One can't base pregnancy on mucous consistency. Best is a urine pregnancy test when you miss your period. Mucous is a little like tea-leaves, there's only so much you can read into it.
