A member asked:

Positive opks but found creamy white cervical mucus instead of egg white clear stretchy cervical mucus does it mean no preganancy ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not necessarily: Not necessarily. May not be related. Could be a yeast infection. Could be a false-positive opk. Knowing your regular menstrual patterns may give more info. If period is late, recommend home urinary pregnancy test. If unsuccessful trying to conceive for 1 year (6 months if >35yo), then see your gyn or fertility specialist.
