Yes: If you have a caruncle, then discharge would be normal. I'm not sure what 'growths' you are referring to. Sometimes the vagina appears 'bumpy' which is normal, elastic tissue of the vagina, but any growth should also be looked at by a physician. Wouldn't want to miss a lesion that could be concerning. See a doctor for definitive answer.
