Keep Dr informed: It is good that the lupus is undert control. But you should keep your doctor informed about whatever is happening so that they can keep your condition in check. People are complex. Just like you could get a cold or stomachache - this could be something separate from the lupus, but let them know. They might have a solution. Hope it goes well.

Pain Disorder: I feel your concern. Since tests and lab are normal it is likely that stresses in your life are inducing shooting pains in arms and legs. Please see a psychiatrist for diagnosis od your medical psychiatric condition and treatment including pain management.
