Gastritis: You could have an inflammation of your stomach lining, or gastritis. Some viral gastroenteritis can cause nausea and queasiness, but usually clears out in a few days. If this is going on for longer than a week, you need to see your doctor to check it out. If you can't tolerate fluids either, see doctor sooner.
