Chest pain: Consider asthma. Asthma can cause airway obstruction, and can cause shortness of breath, chest burning and cough. Your doctor can do a couple of simple tests to determine if this is your problem.

Especially athletes with intense fitness regimens, good workout can have a unpleasant side effect: acid reflux. Wait usually two hours after eating.Eat sensibly before exercise. Avoid foods that increase risk of acid reflux, like chocolate, citrus juices, caffeinated drinks, and spicy or fatty food.
