Check your fasting G: Contact your doctor on a non emergent basis regarding urinary frequency. It could be a urinary tract infection. If you get fevers and chills then be seen urgently. Check your fasting blood sugar two days in a row. If >/= 100, then you are prediabetic. If. >/= 126, then you are diabetic. Any random blood sugar over 200 should be followed up with appropriate testing to confirm or rule out diabetes.
