Birth control?: If you're not using any form of birth control (condoms, oral contraceptives, Depo-Provera provera, (medroxyprogesterone) etc) then pregnancy can happen. Many home pregnancy tests give reliable results within a week after a missed menstrual period. Some are reliable sooner. If your period does not come at all, please check a home pregnancy test, or see your physician. Planned parenthood can help also.
