Pregnancy Test: Wait about two weeks and take a pregnancy test. Symptoms may include: spotting and sometimes cramping(that's called implantation bleeding. It occurs anywhere from six to 12 days after the egg is fertilized.) tenderness in breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, frequent urination, headaches, back pain, constipation, and the big one is a missed period. Hope this helped :].

Urine pregnancy test: Take Folic Acid >1 mg daily and check a urine pregnancy test (over the counter, can be performed at home) 1-10 days after a late/missed period for a 90-99% accuracy. Of course consult with your gynecologist as well to make sure you are fit for pregnancy and have taken all preventive measures (flu shot, etc).
