Leukocytes = WBCs: White blood cells in the urine indicate that an inflammatory or immune system reaction is taking place. Normally there should be none or a very tiny amount. This finding needs to be looked at with other lab findings and clinical context such as symptoms, physical exam and so on. Please see your doctor for more info.
