Strattera (atomoxetine) may be a: Good choice for a person with adhd, ocd and tics when unable to tolerate stimulant medications (gold standard tx of adhd). It does not specifically treat ocd but may be less likely to aggravate ocd or tics than stimulants. It may help anxiety and depression and reduce impact on ocd. However there are anecdotal reports of ocd aggravation by strattera (atomoxetine). Discuss with your prescriber. Best regards.
