Probably not allergy: This sounds very much like a viral infection. Herpangina, herpetic stomatitis, and hand-foot-and mouth disease all have similar symptoms. All will heal on their own in 7-10 days. See your dentist or ENT specialist for a definitive diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms.
