Don't know: Fluid in the lungs have many reasons. Cardio version of the heart is done for different heart rhythm abnormalities. There isno direct link in making that. Decision. Lung fluid should be removed when it is causing increased shortness of breath and to diagnose. What is the cause of fluid.

if it is the cause: Cardioversion is done for irregular heart beat that will form the lots in heat their dislocation will cause severe complications , irregular heart beat also make the heart inefficient pump then fluid may accumulating in the lung speak to your doctor who knows the reason.
