Possible irritation: Small bumps on the head of the penis, especially in an uncircumcised male, most often either a normal variation or minor self-limiting irritation that resolves with good mild soap and water hygiene and avoidance of local irritants. Less often due to a bacterial or fungal/yeast infection - most commonly in diabetics and associated with redness, whitish discharge, and discomfort which may require rx.
