Yes: Although it is not one of the more common triggers, it has the potential as many different foods do to trigger a migraine. Almonds and milk products have high concentrations of glutamic acid and tyramine which are both vaso-active substances (cause blood vessels to dilate) - and it is believed vasoactive substances trigger migraines.
