IBS: 30's male with abdominal pain, bloating, frequent stools, urination, ; flatulence likely has ibs. Frequent urination suggests autonomic nervous system parasympathetic hyperactivity. I have seen this constellation of symptoms in male extreme sports enthusiasts with pelvic trauma ; who incurred sacroiliac joint subluxation. Parasympathetics exit foramina. Sympathetic nerves origin in ganglia.
