2 - 7 days: Start to improve after 1 - 2 days if on appropriate antibiotics. Most cleared after 3 days, but some take 5 - 7 days. Always best to culture urine to insure ur on antibiotic to which bacteria are sensitive. Final culture results usually back in 48 hrs.
