3-6 weeks: 3-6 weeks for the broken bones to unite. If the nose is not aligned, you should see an ENT doc to fix it.

3weeks: It usually takes about 3 weeks to be stable, 6-8 weeks for boney union and up to 2 years for bone remodeling. Avoid contact sports for 3 months. Low impact activitues can commence at 3 weeks.
