Bra bandeau: On average my patients wear the bra bandeau for 6-8 weeks post breast augmentation. Your surgeon may specify longer or shorter duration according to his practice preference.

Varies greatly: This depends on the exact procedure and your anatomy as well as the postoperative appearance. A small implant in a woman with pseudo ptosis may require no band at all due to the large skin envelope whereas a larger implant in a constricted breast may wear a band for up ton6 weeks with great variation in surgeons preferences along the spectrum of these two polar opposites.
