Food trap: If your temp tastes and feels like food, there's most likely food trap, which i s not good...Means more bacteria, more inflammation, get it checked as soon as you can.

Broken seal: Taste may be due to broken seal or porous material. Have dentist check, but best solution is have permanent crown placed asap.
