It may, but slowly!: It may, but very slowly. More significant is why do you have dried blood in your ear canal. Do you have a history of eardrum perforation, chronic ear infection, eardrum or ear canal trauma, etc. Recommend ear exam by ENT/ ear MD, to determine why you have blood, which is indication of possible ear pathology, and if you need treatment!
