No...: If you have a fever you should not go to school as this is a symptom of infection. You need plenty of rest and fluids to recover and you don't want go give the infection to your classmates. Hopefully you can return to school fever-free in a few days!

See a doc..: Cough and sniffles without the fever could just be allergies, but a fever does suggest the presence of an infection someplace, so you should see a doctor before you go back to school without addressing the issue.
