UTI, constipation or: Appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic inflammatory inflammatory disease, mesenteric adenitis (inflammed abdominal lymph nodes) ectopic pregancy etc. If fact could be all sorts of things so you should get it checked out. Sooner the better if pain is severe.
