I have 30-38 day cycles. is this normal for women in their 30s?

Cycle.: Regardless of this duration of your cycle is new or has always been, the range of length bothers me. Regardless of duration, it should be predictable and stable. So the 30-38 day range you listed is most concerning to me. Now, if you used to have shorter cycles, like 28 days, and now they're 30-38 days, that would be curious as well. Blood testing for hormone levels may be in order.
