A member asked:

Can duphaston cause low abdominal ache?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Not sure what you are using Duphaston for, but it is a progesterone. Use of any hormones can sometimes cause pelvic pain/uterine cramping, especially if it being used to help regulate menstrual cycles and you might be nearing the time of a period. See the doctor that prescribed it for evaluation.
