Not much, hopefully.: Although most pregnancy nausea resolves by the second trimester, a few unlucky women have persistent symptoms until postpartum. I hope you feel better soon! try ginger snacks, small, frequent meals instead of large formal meals and remain hydrated at all costs. See your doctor to see if Metoclopramide (reglan) and/or proton pump inhibitors are a good idea for you (esp. If you have acid reflux).
